The Very Rev. Fr. Vahan Hovhanessian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Great Britain, recently became a member of the European Council of Religious Leaders.
The European Council of Religious Leaders is one of five regional interreligious councils within the Religions for Peace network, an international organization dedicated to promoting world peace.
Founded in 2002, the European Council brings together religious leaders representing Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism, and Zoroastrianism.
