On February 24, 2014 by the invitation of the Honorable Minister Jason Kenney, Canada’s Minister of Employment and Social Development and Minister for Multiculturalism a meeting was held on the Hill with the representatives of the Canadian Armenian community.
During an hour long meeting, issues related to the Canadian Armenian community and the bilateral relations between Canada and Armenia were discussed.
His Eminence Archbishop Nathan, Locum Tenens of the Armenian Church Canadian Diocese participated in the meeting and delivered a brief to the attention of Minister Kenney.
