On February 15, 2015, His Grace Bishop Abgar Hovakimian, Primate of the Armenian Apostolic Church Canadian Diocese visited St. Vartan Armenian Apostolic Church of Vancouver, British Columbia where His Grace participated in the Annual General Assembly of the church parish.
After the Great Lent Divine Liturgy celebrated by the pastor Archpriest, Rev. Keghart Garabedian a requiem service was offered in memory of the deceased founders, benefactors, executive, choir, ladies guild members of the Church.
Archpriest, Rev. Keghart Garabedian, on behalf of the Church executive members presented an Episcopal Staff as a gift for his Grace ordination.
