In continuation of his pastoral visit to western Canada, His Eminence Bishop Bagrat Galstanian arrived in Edmonton on the 13th of January, 2012 on the occasion of the Holy Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ. Srpazan celebrated Holy Divine Liturgy, conveyed the message of the day and blessed the Water for Armenian Christmas.
Following the Badarak the election of a new Parish Council was held with the following members; Arno Siraki, Lucine Siraki, Sona Grigorian, Lilit Vardanyan, Sarkis Yardemian, Agob Tavitian, Chris Chakmakian.
Also, a new Choir was formed. Members are; choir master Lilit Vardanyan, participants, Sona Grigorian, Sarkis Yardemian, Arno Siraki, Chris Chakmakian, new participants Seta Tavitian, (children) Moira Percival (Vardanyan) Vartan Grigorian, Svetlana Grigorian and Lara Percival (Vardanyan).
