On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Liberation of Shushi, a musical event will take place in Montreal on April 28 and 29, 2012 at Salle Claude Champagne under the auspices of His Excellency Mr. Armen Yeganyan, Ambassador of Armenia to Canada.
The world renowned singers, sisters, Inga and Anush Arshakyan will perform under the musical director, Mr. Armen Martirosyan. The Komitas Choir of the Montreal Cathedral as well as the Garni Dance Ensemble will participate in this event.
We urge our community members to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Liberation of Shushi, which also celebrates the 20th anniversary for freedom of speech, fundamental human rights, liberties and dignity.
