His Eminence Bishop Bagrat Galstanian visited Edmonton on February 8th, 2013. The Holy Liturgy took place in Christ Church (Anglican) of Edmonton at 6:30pm.
Following the Liturgy, was observed a significant event in Armenian history, the battle of Avarayr, at 451 A.D. in defense of Armenians’ faith and the martyrdom of Vartan Mamigonian, known as Vartanantz, along with an artistic program of recitations, a brief lecture and general discussion.
