On Sunday, March 24, 2013 Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem was marked at St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Cathedral of Montreal. Rev. Fr. Vazgen Boyajyan, pastor celebrated Holy Divine Liturgy. Serving the Holy Altar were the deacons and acolytes of the Church. Armenian Children’s Choir of Montreal sang the Holy Badarak.
Present was the Primate of our Diocese His Eminence Bishop Bagrat Galstanian. Srpazan conveyed the message of the day highlighting the significance of Christ’s entry into Jerusalem. Following the Divine Liturgy, Primate Galstanian officiated over the blessing of children ceremony.
Following the celebration of the Divine Liturgy, CYMA 2013 presentation was held during the luncheon served at the Marie Manoogian Hall of the Cathedral.
In Laval’s Holy Cross Parish, Rev. Fr. Komitas Mirzakhanyan, Pastor celebrated Holy Divine Liturgy, conveyed the message of the day and performed the blessing of children ceremony.
