By the invitation of the Kitchener-Conestoga Conservative Electoral District Association Rev. Fr. Myron Sarkissian, Parish priest of St. Vartan Armenian Church of Mississauga attended the celebration of Harold Albrecht’s 6th anniversary as Kitchener-Conestoga’s Member of Parliament. Deacon Van Vanes, Sevan Vanes and Nairi Kazazian also attended this special function.
Rev. Fr. Myron conveyed the greetings and congratulations of His Eminence Bishop Bagrat Galstanian, Primate and thanked Harold Albrecht for his support for the Armenian issues and for his service as Chairman of Canada-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Harold Albrecht thanked Fr. Myron for his presence and remembered his historical visit to Armenia. Der Myron also greeted members of the Armenian communities from Toronto and Cambridge who were present in Kitchener to celebrate this anniversary and congratulate MP Harold Albrecht.
